TxtAssistant provides tools for missed-call answering, caller message capture, account onboarding, message notifications, and related receptionist functionality.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for your business purposes only. You are also responsible for all information, instructions, call handling settings, and business content you provide through the service.
Consent and Compliance
You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, notices, or consents related to call forwarding, caller communications, text messaging, and customer contact. You are responsible for complying with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for controlling access to the email address and devices used to access your account.
Payments and Trials
Paid features, subscription terms, and trial periods may be offered through TxtAssistant. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and activation timing may depend on third-party payment providers.
No Guarantee of Results
TxtAssistant is intended to help businesses respond to missed calls more effectively, but we do not guarantee lead conversion, uninterrupted availability, or specific business outcomes.
Third-Party Services
TxtAssistant relies on third-party providers for telephony, hosting, messaging, payments, and related infrastructure. Availability and functionality may be affected by those providers.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
- Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security or operational controls.
- Do not use TxtAssistant in ways that violate caller, customer, or recipient rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, if required by law, or if operational or billing issues require account action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TxtAssistant is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. TxtAssistant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service.
